Building Access
Photo ID Badges
Employees are required to carry photo ID badges issued by SL Green Realty Corp. and Alliance Security. Photo ID badges must be presented to lobby staff to gain access into the building. Anyone unable to present this badge will be treated as a visitor and must show a photo ID and obtain a temporary daily pass for access.
Each tenant must designate an Authorized Tenant Representative who will act as the administrator of photo ID badges for his or her organization. The authorized representative will be expected to collect ID badges from terminated employees and is responsible for contacting Building Management to request replacement badges, badges for new employees, or discontinuance of former tenant badges.
Photos for ID badges are taken on Mondays 9am-1pm and 2pm -4pm and Thursday 2pm-4pm.
Lost or stolen badges must be reported to Alliance Security Supervisor Jimmy McKnight immediately at 212-907-8922 (Lobby Desk) or 347-784-8437 (Cell).
Visitors
Visitors are required to present photo identification to lobby staff, who will issue a temporary visitor pass sticker. Visitor passes must be affixed to an outermost garment. In addition to requesting photo identification and issuing visitor passes, lobby staff maintains a Visitor Log. Visitors who are unable to present a legitimate form of identification are not permitted building access.
Tenants should pre-register a guest prior to their appointment at the property through the Visitor Management System.
Access for the Physically Challenged
SL Green properties have designated entrances, exits, and lavatories for the physically challenged. Contact your Building Management Office for details.
