Holidays
Building Services on holidays will be as follows:
Cleaning
Should your cleaning currently be provided by the landlord, your routine cleaning will not be performed in your designated space on the evening of a Building Holiday. If you wish for your space to be cleaned on a Holiday, please contact Guy Lepore of Alliance Maintenance at (212) 947-7800 or at glepore@alliance.us by 3:00PM on the last business day prior to the Holiday. Please be advised additional charges will occur for this service.
“Off Hour” Heating, Ventilation, and Air Cooling
All requests for after-hours heating, ventilation and air conditioning must be submitted to the Building Management Office through http://app.buildingengines.com/ by 4:00 p.m. prior to the date of service.
Please note: Additional service requests may be billable. The rates for these services can be obtained from the Building
Management Office.
The office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
