Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the building, including 25 feet from the entrance, lobbies, corridors, stairwells and restrooms. Tenants must establish a policy for their premises which conforms to the New York City Smoke Free Air Act. Contact the Building Management Office for further information.
