Moving Policy
Move-in Process
Upon signing the lease, the Tenant will receive the keys to their space. If the Building Manager has not already contacted the Tenant, the Tenant should call the Building Management Office at least three days prior to moving in to review move-in policy and procedures.
Tenant must reserve the freight elevators and inform the Building Management Office of any and all deliveries expected during move-in. Tenant must submit completed vendor contact spreadsheet to Building Management Office a along with an executed copy of the Provider's Agreement. The Building Management Office will provide a list of sundry charges to the tenant regarding any expenses the tenant may incur during the move-in.
Tenant will also be established in Building Engines and at least one employee will receive a username and password prior to moving in (there is no limit to how many employees can be added into Building Engines).
Move-out Process
Upon moving out of the space, the tenant is responsible for returning the keys to the office space and must submit forwarding information to the Building Management Office. Tenant must reserve time to utilize the freight elevator with the Building Management Office through Building Engines in order to move any office equipment/supplies from space. Tenant’s space will be inspected by the Building Manager prior to move-out to assure the area has not been damaged, above and beyond normal wear and tear. Tenant is responsible for all costs to restore damage to premises or dispose of any furniture or debris that remains after vacate date.

Keys
One set of keys is provided to each tenant together with one set of bathroom keys, if applicable. Additional copies may be obtained through the Building Management Office via Building Engines.
All tenants must provide the Building Management Office two (2) copies of all keys when adding or changing entrance door locks.
